Sharing Stories: Casper Jaggi Master Swiss Cheese Maker

Ever wonder why Swiss cheese has holes in it? Find out through the story of Casper Jaggi, a cheesemaker who came to Wisconsin as a young man from Switzerland. Author Jerry Apps shares the story of this man who grew up in the cheese business.

In the Sharing Stories series, you can meet the authors of the Badger Biographies as they tell the stories of real Wisconsin people and places while teaching children how to create and share their own stories. Book signings will follow the programs.
