Sharing Stories: Ole Evinrude and His Outboard Motor
Find out how a love for boats and a girl turned into the creation of the outboard motor. Author Bob Jacobson will share the inspiring story of Wisconsin entrepreneur Ole Evinrude, who helped make Wisconsin the center of the outboard motor industry for decades.
In the Sharing Stories series, you can meet the authors of the Badger Biographies as they tell the stories of real Wisconsin people and places while teaching children how to create and share their own stories. Book signings will follow the programs.
