Taste Traditions of Wisconsin: Surf's Up
Explore the rich culinary history, delicious indigenous ingredients, and remarkable foodways of Wisconsin. Join twin brothers and lifelong Sheboygan residents Larry "Longboard" and Lee "Waterflea" Williams as they share the thrills of surfing the frigid waters of the Great Lakes over the past six decades. Learn how Sheboygan earned the nickname "Malibu of the Midwest" and hear stories of some of our state's biggest surfing legends. With endless humor and heart pounding tales, these two surfers will amaze and entertain even the most diehard land lover. Enjoy a luau-themed dinner catered by Blue Plate Catering.
