H.H. Bennett Fast Forward Exhibit Panel Discussion
Bill Pielsticker and Tracy Madison, creators of the museum's
H.H. Bennett Fast Forward Rephotography Exhibit, photographer Zane Williams and digital lab archivist Andy Kraushaar will examine the art, science and challenges of a rephotography project as well as Bennett's place in the history of photography. Witness how pioneering photographer H.H. Bennett's steps were retraced to recapture some of his most historic landscapes from Sauk, Columbia, Juneau and Adams counties. You will have an opportunity to compare 15 of Bennett's images with contemporary images of the same scenes separated by more than a century.
