Book Signing with Rural Historian and Environmental Writer Jerry Apps at the Wisconsin Historical Museum

Jerry Apps, popular author of several books by the Wisconsin Historical Society Press, will be at the Wisconsin Historical Museum for a book signing. An autographed book makes a great gift.

Jerry Apps has been a rural historian and environmental writer for more than 40 years. His books include 'Garden Wisdom: Lessons Learned from 60 Years of Gardening,' 'Horse-Drawn Days: A Century of Farming with Horses,' 'Barns of Wisconsin' and 'Old Farm: A History.' He is a former county extension agent and professor at the University of Wisconsin College of Agricultural and Life Sciences and a lifelong vegetable gardener.
