Wisconsin Historical Society Press Holiday Book Author Signing at the Wisconsin Historical Museum

Join several Wisconsin Historical Society Press authors for a special holiday book signing. The authors featured include Erika Janik, Marnie Mamminga, Ron McCrea, John Zimm, Bill Tishler, Michael Schmudlach, and co-authors Jim Draeger and Mark Speltz. Bring your books or buy one at the store. An autographed book makes a great gift.

Jim Draeger and Mark Speltz co-authored 'Bottoms Up: A Toast to Wisconsin's Historic Bars and Breweries' and 'Fill 'er Up: The Glory Days of Wisconsin Gas Stations.' Erika Janik is the author of 'A Short History of Wisconsin' and 'Odd Wisconsin: Amusing, Perplexing, and Unlikely Stories from Wisconsin's Past.' Marnie Mamminga is the author of 'Return to Wake Robin: One Cabin in the Heyday of Northwoods Resorts.' Ron McCrea wrote 'Building Taliesin: Frank Lloyd Wright's Home of Love and Loss,' and John Zimm edited a collection of Civil War letters called 'This Wicked Rebellion: Wisconsin Civil War Soldiers Write Home.' Bill Tishler is the author of 'Jens Jensen: Writings Inspired by Nature.' Michael Schmudlach is one of the co-authors of 'People of the Big Voice: Photographs of Ho-Chunk Families by Charles Van Schaick, 1879-1942.'
