History Sandwiched In: 'A Spirited History of Milwaukee Brews and Booze'


In conjunction with Madison Craft Beer Week, historian and author Martin Hintz will share the rich heritage of Pabst, Schlitz, Gettelman and Miller — the folks who turned Milwaukee into the beer capital of the world. Following the program Hintz will sign copies of his book, 'A Spirited History of Milwaukee Brews and Booze.' This event is being held in conjunction with Madison Craft Beer Week.

Ticket Info: Suggested donation of $2 per person

Location Description: Four floors of changing exhibit galleries, permanent exhibits and the museum store — located on Madison's Capitol Square
