Winter's snowcover has created an unprecedented opportunity for you to take a horse-drawn bobsled ride through the Norwegian area of Old World Wisconsin. Bundle up and bring your own blankets if you like, and you'll be treated to a wintry ride over the fields and through some especially charming areas of the site. Afterward, warm up at the one-room Ward Schoolhouse and enjoy complimentary hot chocolate and cookies.Please Note:
You'll enter through the museum's Norwegian gate on the south side of the grounds, off of Highway 67, and park in the lot at the right.

: Old World Wisconsin documents the settlement of 19th- and early 20th-century Wisconsin. It comprises an 1870s crossroads village and 10 ethnic farmsteads located on 576 acres of wooded hills in the Southern Unit of Kettle Moraine State Forest.
