The Birth of the Burger
In 1885, at the fair in Seymour, Wisc., Charlie Nagreen squashed a meatball between two pieces of bread & called it a "hamburger." Bill Collar, who plays the role of "Hamburger Charlie" at the annual Burger Fest, presents evidence of Seymour's claim & dismisses those of imposters. Come grill "Charlie" & "ketchup" on burger history!
