Most naturalization records are housed at the Society's regional Area research Centers.   Below is a list of basic information about each county's naturalization records. It is arranged alphabetically by county and gives the span dates of the records, format, and Area Research Center location. For more detail about the contents of each series, go to the Archives Catalog (ArCat). Use the search term "[county name]" and "naturalization" (e.g. "Dane county and naturalization").

For information on using the records, click on the name of the Area Research Center (ARC). Here you will find the hours of operation, and name, address and phone number of the contact person. Make sure to contact the Center in advance of your visit. Hours, availability of staff and collections, and parking information are subject to change.
