A unique, walk-along performance of the 1843 Charles Dickens holiday classic, "A Christmas Carol," will be performed as part of a series of dinner theater presentations at Old World Wisconsin Friday, Saturday and Sunday, November 24, 25 and 26. Creative Outlets, a theater troupe based in Whitewater, Wisconsin, will make a return appearance to engage the audience in the popular program. After dinner in the historic Clausing Barn Restaurant, audience members follow Ebenezer Scrooge and the Christmas Ghosts through historic buildings and the beautiful Kettle Moraine State Forest to Fezziwig's warehouse and a churchyard cemetery.

The fun begins with dinner at 6 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with the meandering performances concluding at 9 p.m. The scrumptious dinner menu includes roast turkey, fresh-carved ham, cranberry stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables, pumpkin soup, fresh-tossed salad, fresh-baked breads and desserts, and coffee, tea or milk. In addition to the Sunday evening dinner theater, a special tea-and-cookies matinee on Sunday afternoon begins at 2 o'clock.

Seating is limited, and reservations are required (the Friday and Saturday evening performances are already sold out). For complete details on admission, reservations and contact information, see the special event's visitor information page.
