The holidays are a wonderful time of year filled with precious memories, favorite stories, and a spirit of joy and goodwill. With that in mind, I hope you'll consider a gift to the Wisconsin Historical Society, our state's memory and foremost storyteller. Your support can make so much possible in 2010 — the look of "a-ha" on a child's face when they learn something new, a grandmother's joy when she passes on her family tree, a community's pride after saving a landmark from destruction, a family's adventure back in time at Old World Wisconsin. This holiday season, when you give a gift to support the Wisconsin Historical Society, you'll have the pleasure of knowing that your generosity will make countless priceless moments like these possible in the coming year!
Without your support it is simply not possible for us to offer the programs, services, collections, publications, museum exhibits and historic sites that we all value. That is why we are asking you to give a generous gift of $25, $50, $100 or more to ensure that that our collective stories, customs and heritage will be passed on long after this year's holiday season ends.
