This Spring's Genealogy Workshops

Drawing of the Ames-Angier family tree of North Easton, Massachusetts, 1560-1937
WHI 50491

For those of you who always thought it might be fun to research your family history but didn't know where to begin, this story is for you. The Society's genealogy experts are offering five training workshops this spring in Madison. These sessions meet for three hours on Saturday mornings and cost between $25 and $40, depending on the content. Society members and members of the Wisconsin State Genealogical Society receive a discount.

What Some of Last Year's Participants Had to Say About the Workshops

  • "It's my first class. I definitely will sign up for more!"
  • "I'm just getting started in ancestor research. This course was really helpful."
  • "Great! Got me started! Found good info! Learned a lot!"
  • "Thank you — excellent class! Lots of good info."
  • "Let's have lots more!"
