Historical Museum Has a Busy Month Ahead
The new year begins at the Wisconsin Historical Museum with a flurry of new exhibits, displays and special events in January. You might just be surprised at how many inventions, innovations and innovators have roots in Wisconsin — from the invention of the typewriter and the advent of stem-cell technology to electric guitars, snowmobiles and surfboards.
Other Exhibits and Some Very Special Events
Through January 14 you'll have an opportunity to explore a pair of popular mini-exhibits, 'Tis the Season: Toy Stories and New Quilts from Old Favorites. Following you will find additional links to a series of talks and special events in store for the month of January.
