WHPD Registration Information
Registration Information & Pricing Structure
Online access to WHPD is available for an annual subscription fee of $1495. As a subscriber you will be able to access WHPD 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For larger organizations, there are also multiple subscription discounts available and the prices are as follows:
1-4 licenses: $1495 each
5-9 licenses: $1349 each
10-14 licenses: $1275 each
15+ licenses: Please contact us directly
To subscribe to WHPD, you need to complete the registration form and a license agreement and return them with payment to the Division of Historic Preservation. Our mailing address is:

Once we have received signed copies of each form, and payment, you will receive an email from us indicating your user name and password to log onto WHPD as well as the help manual. You will also receive the username and password in the mail as well as a copy of the registration form and license agreement.
