Summary: Record of credentials of clergymen which were required to be filed before the clergyman was authorized to perform marriages. A copy of the certificate usually includes the name of the clergyman, date of registration, information regarding the registrant's professional education, name of his church, and name of his ecclesiastical superior.

Manuscript Collections
Wisconsin Assembly Republican Caucus.
Negatives and contact sheets documenting Republican assemblymen, the bulk of which are arranged by year and month and include an index to assemblymen pictured. Also included are images of inauguration proceedings (1989-1995), budget proceedings (1999), and special events. In addition there are also miscellaneous photos (1995-1998) and undated negatives and contact sheets.
Charlotte Bleistein.
Papers of Charlotte Anschuetz Bleistein, granddaughter of Milwaukee attorney, Richard Elsner, and an attorney in her own right with a law practice in Greendale (Wis.). Bleistein graduated from Washington University in 1939 and worked as a review attorney with the National Labor Relations Board in the early 1940s. The papers principally document her involvement with the Greater Milwaukee United Nations Association (GMUNA) and the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF) and include meeting minutes, newsletters, handwritten notes, and miscellaneous mailings (1993-2003). Also included are articles and miscellaneous papers concerning the death penalty, criminal justice, welfare, education, poverty, environmental issues, the Gulf War and Iraq, international trade, and women’s issues.

Photographs taken by Audrey Parkinson, an advisor for Preservation Works in Mineral Point (Wis.) depicting images of Madison (Wis.) including State Street prior to its becoming a "walking street," Bug Hill (Mansion Hill), the farmers' market, and Library Mall. Also included are images from 36 small towns in Wisconsin (1991-2000) including Janesville, Benton, Blanchardville, Cassville, Richland Center, Monticello, Shullsburg, Darlington, Platteville, and others. The images are of houses, farms, main streets, signage, and other buildings.
