The ARC is a cooperative project of the Wisconsin Historical Society and the University to preserve historical records in Racine and Kenosha counties.

University students and faculty, genealogists, local history writers, and other researchers are encouraged to use the Center.

Network Transfer Provisions

This feature makes available in Kenosha and Racine one of the nation's richest collections. Requests for temporary transfer of collections from Madison or other ARCs should be made to the archivist at the Parkside ARC. Transfers can usually be made within two weeks.
