The Archives houses incorporation papers and charter documents for thousands of Wisconsin corporations, 1889-2001. Two different indexes cover these records:

• "Non-Stock" Corporations Index, 1889-2001
  Non-stock corporations are clubs, civic, social, charitable, and other non-profit organizations which have incorporated under Wisconsin's laws.
