Making a Donation to the Collections

Since its earliest days the library has grown through the generosity of friends and collectors who have donated books, journals, and other materials. All donations are tax deductible.

To make a physical donation

If you are considering a donation of books or other materials to the library or archives, please contact the Acquisitions Librarian at 608-264-6530.

To make a cash donation

To make a donation of cash or securities to support the Wisconsin Historical Society, several targeted gift funds and endowments are available.
