About the Field Services Program
The Society's two field services locations assist local historical organizations throughout Wisconsin. Southern Wisconsin is served from the Wisconsin Historical Society headquarters in Madison; northern Wisconsin is served from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire campus. The Local History List Serve is for anyone interested in communicating with their local history colleagues throughout the state (and beyond.) You can ask questions, seek advice, post events, and much more.
