Taste Traditions of Wisconsin: Supper Clubs
Food, travel, and history writer Brenda Bredahl will bring her special affinity for supper clubs to life with a presentation, panel discussion, photos and memorabilia. The evening will feature a cocktail hour with signature cocktail and a supper-club dinner. A panel of vintage and newly minted supper club owners will discuss the traditions and distinctive characteristics of these dining establishments.
Taste Traditions of Wisconsin is a series that highlights Wisconsin's rich culinary heritage through food, history and sharing stories.
