Tips for a Successful Visit with Youth Groups

General Information: Before your group arrives please share confirmation information will all of the leaders in your group. If your group is participating in a guided program please have your students divided into the number of groups arranged at the time of booking prior to entering the Museum.

Upon arrival, a Tour Services Associate will review your itinerary and guide your group to programming space for a general introduction and program directions.

Your Tour Services Staff Associate will also facilitate your coat, backpack, and lunch storage needs.

On the day of your visit be prepared to schedule for the following year. Tour Services will assist you in scheduling your next museum visit and Capitol tour on the same day to provide your school an all-inclusive and unforgettable trip to Madison's Capitol Square.

Remember to reserve your school's time for the Lunchroom and in the Museum Store.
