Special Event Volunteers
Ready to serve you
Would you like to volunteer at the Museum, but have limited availability because of work or other commitments? If you can spare a few hours on an occasional basis, we may have just the job for you!
Position Description: Help greet guests or introduce a speaker at an evening reception or book festival event, help with family activities on New Year's Eve, staff a table at the Farmer's Market or other venue, or assist with other events and related prep work.
Time Commitment: Special event
volunteers are asked to volunteer for
at least 3 events a year, with events/prep
sessions usually lasting 2-3 hours each.
