Pendarvis House and Trelawny

Pendarvis House (at left) once served as a popular restaurant specializing in Cornish pasties, and Trelawny served as the residence of the restaurant's proprieters Robert Neal and Edgar Hellum, who joined forces to preserve these and other houses built by immigrant Cornish miners in the 1830s and '40s.
