Arcadia resident Jane Abts (left) nominated Arcadia Free Public Library for the Wisconsin Historical Society Press's Big Book Giveaway. Wisconsin Historical Society Director Ellsworth H. Brown presented the prize, a complete set of all WHS Press books in print — more than 100 titles — to Abts and Arcadia Public Library Director Carol Krett during the Press's 150th anniversary celebration on October 17, 2005.
