Mr. ALLEN, Please to insert the following in your Tuesday’s-paper.

If you had addressed your correspondent’s remark upon Jonathan, the lawyer, to John De Witt, or, as I should say, Jonathan depriv’d of his Wits, it would have been better understood by the respectable body of people who want no government at all, and are all insurgents—by whom he is well known for his anti-federal doctrines under that signature.
