In the Name of the Commanwealth of Massachusetts You are hereby required to meet at the meeting house in Said town on monday the third day of December next at Nine oClock in the morning then and there to act on the following articles
first To choose a moderator
2 To See if the town will Send a man to the State Convention for Estabelishing a new form of government
