Warrant, 3 December

To the constables of the Town of Pittsfield in said county of Berkshire Greeting—In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby required to notify & warn, the freeholders and other Inhabitants of said Pittsfield qualified by law to vote in the election of representatives, that they meet & assemble at the meeting house, in said Pittsfield, on wednesday the nineteenth day of December current, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, for the following purposes, (Viz)

1st. To choose a moderator.

2d. To choose one or more delegates to represent said Town in a Convention, which is to meet at the State house in Boston on the second wednesday of January next.
