To the Constable or Constables of the Town of Upton or Either of them—Greeting

In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby required forthwith to warn and notify all the freeholders and other Inhabitants of The Town of Upton that are Qualifyed by Law to vote in Town affairs to meet at the meeting House in Said Town on Tuesday the Twenty Seventh Day of November Instant at one O: Clock in the afternoon then and there to act on the following articles

(viz) first to Choos a Moderator to regulate Said Meeting …
