Biglow was Elected to Represent the Inhabitants of this Town in a Convention to be held at the State House in Boston on the Second Wednesday of Janry. next to Take under their Consideration for their assent and Ratification the Constitution or frame of Government for the United States of America as Reported by the Convention of Delegates held at Philedelphia on the first monday of may 1787
