Federal Constitution.


This morning, a letter was received by a Gentleman in this city, from his friend in Williamstown, bearing the date of yesterday, which says,

“By a Gentleman from Boston, we have the agreeable and important information, that our Convention, after disputing and debating the Federal Constitution by inches, on the grand question for its adoption being put, agreed to the same by a large majority.”
