The ratification of the Federal Constitution, by the Convention of Massachusetts, was celebrated by the inhabitants of Boston by several demonstrations of joy.
On receiving the news in this city [New Haven], the inhabitants expressed their approbation, by the discharge of cannon, ringing of bells, &c. &c.
