The opposers of the Constitution some time since, appeared much terrified at the idea, that the “ultima ratio regnum” should be urged to effect its adoption. To shew their consistency of character, it need only to be mentioned, that in three States the antifederalists have already resorted to arms, to defend their opposition to the measure. On such conduct comment is unnecessary.
