Historical Desktop Wallpapers
The Wisconsin Historical Society is proud to offer a selection of images from its Archives for use as desktop wallpaper on your computer.
For PC Windows : Right-click the link for the appropriate screen size and save in your Windows folder.
For Mac OS 9 : Save image, open Appearance control panel. Select Desktop folder tab, Place Picture.
For Mac OS X : Open System Preferences, click on Desktop settings. Drag image from desktop to preview box in Desktop Preferences window.
