The Office of School Services provides teachers with resources
to enliven the study of history and help students build meaningful
connections to Wisconsin and local history.
Interweaving Wisconsin
Studies: A Curriculum Guide, previously known
as the Fourth Grade Course Guide for Wisconsin History and
Geography. This guide applies fourth through eight grade
Wisconsin Model Academic Standards across the curriculum. Assessment
tools for major resources from the Wisconsin Historical Society
and selected resources from the Wisconsin Educational Communications
Board will also be available, as well as new downloadable assessment
tools for previously published materials.
