Resolved - that prohibition cannot be enforced : debate held at Sheboygan, Wisconsin, March 6th, 1930.

C.E. Broughton, editor of the Sheboygan Press, was one of the most outspoken opponents of prohibition in Wisconsin. Broughton waged his war both in print and in debate.
