Reports on the progress of reform in mission kindergartens throughout Milwaukee, 1892

Report of the Milwaukee Mission Kindergarten Association

First organized in 1884, the Milwaukee Mission Kindergarten and Neighborhood Association officially incorporated as a charitable organization for the establishment of kindergartens throughout Milwaukee in 1889. The Association sought to reform troubled neighborhoods and immigrant children through instruction in practical work. In 1892, kindergartens throughout the city submitted these reports on school activity to the Association.
