OCCUPATION - Pretends to take orders for engraved stationary from the richer class in the larger cities. Has been an actor, and is well acquainted in movie film circles. Tries hotel clerking occasionally. ALIASES - W.E. Moore, Willis Moore, Wilbur Moore, Fred Vincent, Bill Bailey, George Mason, John Maxwell, Arthur Knox and William Harrison. REWARD - The Chief of Police of Madison, Wisconsin, offers a reward of $100.00 for his apprehension and conviction.
