This photograph is attached to a sheet of paper upon which is typed: "Parents, teachers, friends and children gathered at Elkhorn for this eventful day. A representative from each township took part in a written contest to determine the State Fair Contestant... The Health Parade was an educational, entertaining and beautiful event."
