Title: Crowd in Period Dress
Description: Photographic postcard of a group of men and women dressed in clothing of the mid-nineteenth century pose at the side of a Baraboo Street. Most of the women are holding fans. Two women hold American flags; a man in the background holds a sign saying "The Girl I left [sic] Behind Me." Several women on the sidewalk at left are wearing clothing from the time the photograph was taken. A long patriotic banner has been hung above the sidewalk. There are large awnings on the buildings behind the group.
