This map shows railroads, towns, lights, lights to be established, fog signals, light-vessels, lighted buoys, light-house depots, and light-house reservation in portions of Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, and Indiana. The right margin reads: "This district includes all aids to navigation on Lake Michigan, Green Bay, and tributary waters lying west of a line drawn across the Straits of Mackinac just east of Old Mackinac Point Light-Station, Michigan. Inscribed in ink, the bottom right margin reads: "Taken from: U.S. Light House Board annual report, 1905." Also includes a key and an inset map of Sturgeon Bay and Canal and an inset of Chicago Harbor. |
