This map shows lots, public squares, landing, streets, and promenade of a paper city on a site now in the Town of West Point, Columbia County. The Wisconsin River makes up the top border of the town. The original is dated May 7th, 1836. This version was copied from the original in "Book A," Iowa County Registrar of Deeds. There are three blocks of texts that include the certification of the cartographer that this map is accurate. |
