Title: Gettysburg Battleground
Description: Stereograph of Gettysburg battlefield showing trees and a stump. Hand-written on reverse, "On the right of our line." This is probably a reference to the terrain on Culp's Hill where the 2nd, 6th, and 7th Wisconsin regiments were positioned on July 2nd and 3rd after experiencing hard combat and severe losses on July 1st. Of the three regiments, only the 6th Wisconsin commanded by Lt. Colonel Rufus Dawes experienced combat on Culp's Hill.
