Description: Partial view of billiard hall and Lake Mendota from the Ole Bull Residence, 130 East Gilman Street. Two people on shore pointing to sailboat. Later, the house was known as the Thorp House. It became the executive mansion for the governor of Wisconsin in 1885 and the UW Knapp Graduate Center after 1950.
