Student Mobe Poster
Two-color poster created by members of the Student Mobilization Committee Against the War in Vietnam, a national organization formed in 1967. The poster, which made use of the upraised fist holding an olive branch, a strong image of the anti-war movement, advertised a national student strike and march and variants were issued by local chapters of SMC. Although the SMC included individuals of many political persuasians, it was widely thought to be affiliated with the Socialist Workers Party. |
