Ho-Chunk men are sitting and standing around a medicine drum, possibly the Dream Drum, in front of a cattail mat lodge in an area partitioned off by canvas barriers in front of a lodge. Identified as the Homecoming Powwow at the intersection of Main and Second Streets. |
