NY Times review, 23 June 1911, p. 11: "Valeska Suratt appeared as Lola, the model. Her accomplishments and appeal are tolerably familiar by now. It may be mentioned that singing is not one of them. The gowns she wore, however, were worth the staying through the play if there had been nothing else to entertain."
