Emma (Mrs. W.J.) Teckemeyer poses with some of the 13 quilted lap robes which she has personally made for the patients at the new Veterans' Administration hospital. Emma has served as a member of the state and national boards of the Service Star Legion, the first women's patriotic organization to be organized after World War I. |
