The Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity entry in the University of Wisconsin Campus Carnival was "Wild Bill's Rassling Tent". In the picture are wrestlers John Franklin of Delavan, on the bottom, and Kenneth Wahl of Wausau. The referee is James Meier of Ft. Atkinson. The carnival is sponsored by the Wisconsin Student Association to raise funds for various Madison and national charities. |
