World's Columbian Exposition
A view of the World's Columbian Exposition mounted on a cardboard album page, looking east from the Transportation Building. On the right are the Mines Building and the Electricity Building, with the Manufactures and Liberal Arts Building in the background. On the left is the lagoon with a motor launch approaching a bridge. There is a drinking water dispenser in the foreground. Women with parasols and men in hats walk the grounds. In the background, a sign advertises a Wagner concert in the Festival Hall. |
